General Manager People and Remuneration

Ashley joined Cooper Energy in January 2021. He brings more than 25 years of experience in human resource management in corporate and operational roles. Ashley has worked for global and domestic publicly listed and private entities within the professional services, beverage, retail, mining, and oil and gas sectors.

Prior to Cooper Energy, Ashley was the Global Leader People & Culture – Operations with Woods Bagot and spent nine years with Pernod Ricard Winemakers including five years as HR Director – Australia. His previous appointments included General Manager HR for Australian Leisure & Hospitality, Group HR Manager at Foster’s Limited and various HR roles with Mt Isa Mines (Australia and Argentina) and Santos Limited.
