Nicole Ortigosa

Nicole has almost 15 years experience as a lawyer having started her career in private practice working for Norman Waterhouse, Clifford Chance and then as a Senior Associate for Minter Ellison.

Nicole started in Cooper Energy in 2017 as the Corporate Legal Council and has been the Legal Manager for the past three years. She specialises in corporate and energy and resources law and has advised the company on the acquisition of the Athena Gas Plant and associated infrastructure and the development of the Sole gas field and the acquisition of the Orbost Gas Processing Plant and associated onshore and offshore pipeline infrastructure.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Society of South Australia and is a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society for Academic Excellence.
